• WyseB is a Brand powered by mFunnel.ai.
• mFunnel.ai, a unit of Madison Communications, ('mFunnel', 'we,' 'us', or 'our') Provides customer acquisition platform that allows advertisers to acquire qualified leads. (the 'Service'). Advertiser is an entity with whom mFunnel has an agreement to provide the Service.

About the Terms

• This Terms of Service (the 'Agreement') is an agreement between the user of the website and mFunnel, together the 'Parties' and each, a 'Party', and is entered the date the user uses the website. (the 'Effective Date').
• To the user, it is disclosed that we register advertisers with mFunnel. Advertisers pay mFunnel fees (the 'Fees') based on the qualified leads we share with advertisers.
• We use a diverse range of information, text, photographs, designs, graphics, images, sound and video recordings, animation, content, advertisement and other materials and effects (collectively "Materials") for the advertising services on the Platforms. We provide the Material through the Platforms FOR YOUR PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
• While every attempt has been made to ascertain the authenticity of the Platforms content, mfunnel and any entities associated with mfunnel, are not liable for any kind of damages, losses or action arising directly or indirectly, due to access and/or use of the content in the Platforms including but not limited to decisions based on the content in the Platforms which results in any loss of data, revenue, profits, property, infection by viruses etc.
• Accordingly, you may view, use, copy, and distribute the Materials found on the Platforms for internal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. All such rights are retained by mFunnel, its subsidiaries, parent companies, and/or any third party owner of such rights.

• We get information from Service Providers, and we can't guarantee that everything is accurate - but when providing the information by our Platform, we take reasonable care and act with professional diligence. We do everything we can to correct/fix them as soon as we become aware of them.

Refunds & Termination

• When you share your contact information, we may pass the information to our advertisers
• Advertisers suscribe to our advertising services that generate qualified leads using this platform.
• Therefore, We are responsible for the Platform - but not the final service provided by the advertiser.
• While there is no payment accepted from the user of the website, we do accept the payment from advertiser basis the quality leads. We offer refunds to the advertiser if the lead is not of the desired quality.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
